Terms of Service

• Platform — the Atzl Project website, dashboard, hosted store routes, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
• Templates — Tebex webstore themes and related assets (e.g. Solstice, Slate) licensed to you.
• Client or License Holder — a person or entity with a verified, active license to use our products or Platform.
• End Player — a visitor or customer of a Client's Tebex storefront hosted through the Platform.

Access to the client dashboard is provided only to verified license holders. Accounts are created manually by Atzl Project; there is no public self-registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use the Templates and Platform for your own Tebex store(s) as permitted by your purchase.
• Configure and operate your hosted storefront through the dashboard.

Unless explicitly stated in your purchase terms, each license is tied to the store or scope defined at the time of sale. You may not sublicense, resell, or extend access to unlicensed third parties.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, leak, or publicly share Template source code, assets, or proprietary Platform components.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source of the Platform except where permitted by law.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, fraud, malware distribution, or content that violates applicable laws or Tebex policies.
• Circumvent license checks, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate Atzl Project, or use the service to harm other users or infrastructure.
• Scrape, overload, or automate access to the Platform in a way that degrades service for others.

The Platform integrates with Tebex Headless and related Tebex services. You are responsible for maintaining a valid Tebex account, complying with Tebex's terms, and ensuring your store content and products comply with applicable rules. We are not a party to transactions between End Players and Clients; Tebex processes payments and handles checkout flows according to Tebex policies.

You authorize us to store and use your Tebex API credentials (in encrypted form) solely to operate your storefront and dashboard features on your behalf.

Hosted storefronts are provided at routes such as /store/[customerId]. Availability, performance, and feature sets may change as we improve the Platform. We may suspend or limit access to a storefront if your license expires, is revoked, or if we detect abuse or security issues.

You retain ownership of content you submit (store descriptions, widget text, images, configuration). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Platform. You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload or configure and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Support is provided through our documented channels (e.g. Discord and documentation). We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature request will be implemented.

Pricing, payment methods, and refund eligibility are defined at the point of purchase (e.g. marketplace listing or direct sale). Unless otherwise stated in that purchase agreement, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted and credentials delivered. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate license suspension.

We may suspend or terminate your license and Platform access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Templates and the Platform ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive (including restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

THE PLATFORM AND TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATZL PROJECT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ATZL PROJECT FOR THE APPLICABLE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atzl Project from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your store content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Atzl Project operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
